Do you offer this service mobile, or shop only?
Most work can be done either way. Simple repairs, diagnostics and component replacement are frequently handled by our mobile trucks at your location. Jobs needing a lift, press or extended time are done in our Grand Prairie shop. Call and describe the issue and we will tell you which is faster and cheaper for you.
How soon can you get me in?
Emergency and roadside work is dispatched 24/7. Shop appointments are usually available same week, and we prioritize fleet accounts and trucks that are down. Call (972) 790-3838 for current availability.
Do you provide a written estimate?
Yes. We diagnose first, then give you parts, labor and expected timeline before any work begins. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
